How Do I Get a Dump?
- Sprinklr: open the conversation in the Voice Debug Console, choose the agent’s participant, and download the WebRTC internals dump.
- Any Chrome softphone: open
chrome://webrtc-internalsbefore the call. Afterwards, choose Create a WebRTC-Internals dump → Download. - Use the agent’s browser leg. Phone-network legs have no WebRTC stats.
